We are in need of some more items (e.g., baked goods, home-canned goods, crafts, new or like-new gift items, and children's books) for our Halloween Carnival's Country Store.
Click the banners for more information.
Our Halloween Carnival will take place on Thursday evening, October 23rd, from 5:30 P.M. to 8:00 P.M.!
There will be two COSTUME CONTESTS:
Each contestant will receive a prize. Special prizes are given for the "Cutest," "Most Original," and "Scariest" costume in each age group.
We also ask that each student donate at least one item such as baked goods, home-canned goods, crafts, new or like-new gift items, or children's books to be sold at the Country Store. You may send in your donation items (except for baked goods) at any time between now and the day of the carnival. Please send all baked goods to the gym on Thursday morning. Students will be allowed to shop at the Country Store during their lunch break on the day of the Carnival, so individually wrapped baked goods are in high demand!
If you have secured a donation for out raffle, you will be responsible for having the item(s) at the school no later than the Wednesday morning so that our volunteers can set up our raffle items tables. Please attach a business card to the item(s) so that we can acknowledge these gifts.
Bring the whole family and a big appetite! Invite friends and other families! This is a great opportunity to showcase our school and the wonderful families that are a part of it! The Booster Club will be operating the canteen, serving up delicious hot dogs, barbeque sandwiches, French fries, along with assorted snacks and drinks. Our 6th through 12th grades will be hosting a variety of game booths as well as a haunted hay ride and haunted house. We look forwarding to seeing you there!
Thank you in advance for your time and support,
S. McLaurin and K. Haltiwanger
